dawg tired/dawgritos

i'm sorry but when are the days getting longer? it's too dark and it's making me sleepy. and hongry. yes, i know i spelled it wrong but that's the way it makes me feel: really round like an o.

sometimes my people buy these delicious cheezy crunchy chips. i think they're called dawgritos or something like that. yummy. deliciously cheesy. but i don't think it's real cheese. so do you spell it cheez? who knows. i'm no good at spelling. just smelling.

anyway, my people are getting all weird. they put up some kind of tin foil fake tree in the living room. what the hell? did they think they could fool me? they don't even let me sleep on that couch. little do they know that when they're not home, it's my favourite place for a nap.

what does a bulldawg have to do to get a computer?

geez, what it is with my people?

it's been so hard to get online.

first, they stay up late working for weeks, even on the weekends. mom's the worst for that. whatever it is she does on the computer, it sure takes up a lot of time.

second, my people went away for a week. even though the suitcases freak me right out (i think we might be moving when i see them), it also can mean it's time for the non-stop buffet and all-day long ball playing at grandma and grandpa's.

grandpa even cooks me special food so i don't starve to death on that nasty crunchy stuff. if i play my cards right, i can go for days without having to eat any of it. sweet! all i have to do is look at the magic box and the old guy opens the door and takes something out for me. i don't even have to put on my sad face. guess i trained him right.

honestly, i was glad my people went away. i had a lovely vacation, though it's exhausting entertaining the old people. when i got home i slept for a full day. didn't even want to go outside. and despite all my snacking on all sorts of delicacies like marrowbones, cheese, buttered toast and bananas, i didn't gain a pound, thanks to all the ball playing.

the only thing that i didn't like was grandpa's computer -- like, what's up with the faux OS X? it doesn't look like a window to me. that's why i couldn't write while i was there.

anyway, i gotta go play ball now. dad seems to have recovered from his vacation and is throwing the ball. apparently he is tan, whatever that means. he still doesn't have enough fur, if you ask me.
